Linked to Heeding Haiku with HA – where we were asked to consider positive, life-saving transformations – and to the One Word Photo Challenge, where “shamrock” was our color of the week. This is a smart phone photo – captured tonight – and the device *always* adds a green glow to low-light photos.

  2. This is brilliant Jen succinct but a powerhouse of emotions, there is always pain involved in the growing and healing processes, poetry helps me through that as well but poetry never lets you off the hook it makes you feel everything
